HEAD, LEGAL

OZAH is a refined and well-trained legal practitioner, who holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB. Hons), Masters in Oil & Gas Law (LLM with Distinction) from the Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law (PhD) at the School of Law, University of Aberdeen.  He is called to the Nigerian Bar to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

OZAH has over 10 years cognate legal service experience both in private legal practice and as an in-house counsel. He has a brief stint as Head of Legal Department in a multinational oil and gas servicing company, overseeing their portfolio in Nigeria, West and Central Africa. He has a proven track record of successfully completing various commercial, contract, due diligence, compliance and legal advisory projects relating to the banking and financial, real estate, energy, power, and oil & gas sectors.

OZAH is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Aberdeen University Centre for Energy Law (AUCEL), Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and many other professional bodies.
