BUSINESS & CORPORATE SERVICE MANAGER
Stephanie C.N. Ugbah is the Business & Corporate Service Manager of Airyolk Nigeria Limited. She joined Airyolk in October 2014 as a Business Development Executive, and rose to her current position where she contributes to client acquisition and new venture sourcing. She also ensures that the organisation exceeds client expectations by evaluating and managing quality standards, ensuring industry regulatory compliance as well as executing corporate/organizational planning, people management and performance appraisal.
Stephanie holds both a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Sociology – Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Institute of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Chartered Quality Institute/International Register (CQI & IRCA)
